Hong Min Jun

Mr. Hong-min Jun’s practice concentrates in the areas of immigration, family law and business transactions. Mr. Jun has vast experience in representing both domestic and foreign corporations that are acquiring or selling businesses and establishing operations within the United States. Mr. Jun has also represented various U.S. and foreign companies in a wide variety of complex immigration matters including investment visas, nonimmigrant visa, and employment-based immigration. Mr. Jun is fluent in Korean in addition to English allowing his bilingual background and his understanding of both U.S. and Korean culture to bring unique benefits and services to our clients.
Mr. Jun has served as the legal counselor of the Korean Chamber of Commerce of Indianapolis and Cincinnati Korean Association. In addition, Mr. Jun attended Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington, where he received a Masters of Comparative law (MCL) and thereafter Mr. Jun earned a Juris Doctorate degree at Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. Mr. Jun is currently admitted to practice in the Northern District of Indiana, Southern District of Indiana and the Supreme Court of Indiana. Mr. Jun attends Korean Catholic Church at Indianapolis, and lives in Fishers with his wife and son.
